TRAINING & CONSULTING
With the rise of anti-2SLGBTQIA+ and anti-Trans legislation across our country, there is a growing interest from organizations and the community to provide safer and more inclusive spaces and programming.
Leveraging our expertise working directly with 2SLGBTQIA+ youth and the broader 2SLGBTQIA+ community, QUEERSPACE collective provides training and consulting to assist organizations looking to update their practices and policies to reflect their values.
QUEERSPACE collective supports organizations, corporations and educational institutions in their journey to be more inclusive of 2SLGBTQIA+ folx in their communities.
The QUEERSPACE team brings a deep understanding of gender-based inequities and provides tips and tools to create safer spaces and be better allies. Trainings can be led in English or Spanish.
Each training session is 60-90 minutes in length and can be facilitated in-person or remotely. Training sessions can be procured individually or consolidated into a broader 2SLGBTQIA+ Inclusivity training series and will be tailored to meet the needs of each organization.
MEET OUR TRAINING & CONSULTING TEAM
Our training and consulting team brings a deep understanding of gender-based inequities and the impact oppression and discrimination has on 2SLGBTQIA+ youth. We provide a tailored approach based on the needs of the organization, an intersectional lens to create inclusive spaces for all 2SLGBTQIA+ youth, and a cadre of diverse consultants with varied knowledge and lived experiences.
