Director

Elizabeth Olson

Elizabeth (she/her/hers) graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Family Social Science from the University of Minnesota's College of Education and Human Development. During undergrad, she participated in the Higher Education Consortium for Urban Affairs (HECUA) Inequality in America program, receiving foundational training in community organizing and advocacy. She is a graduate of the University of Minnesota's Community Engagement Scholars Program, completing her service hours at several human service organizations across the Twin Cities, including St. Stephen's Human Services, Tubman Chrysalis Center, and Lutheran Social Services.

 

Most recently, Elizabeth worked as the Associate Director of Annual Giving at The Painted Turtle, a year-round medical specialty camp for children living with serious medical conditions and their families in Southern California.

 

Elizabeth is deeply dedicated to building sustainable and compassionate systems that support the health, wellbeing, and prosperity of all people. She is excited to be part of the QUEERSPACE collective community and to support and grow their fundraising and development efforts.
