Ben (he/him/his) is The Forum on Workplace Inclusion's Program Associate, which means he’s the right hand, left hand, and everything in between! He manages and leads The Forum’s monthly webinars, bi-monthly podcasts, and Diversity Insights Presentations. His role also includes management of the sessions and workshops for The Forum annual conference including the annual call for proposals process, serving as liaison and support to presenters, and onsite oversight of program logistics and volunteers. In addition, he works closely with our executive director to manage and curate programming throughout the year.

 

 

Prior to his work for The Forum, Ben was an Event Coordinator at Events by Lady K, creating inclusive and empowering events that bring people together to have fun while doing good. He still enjoys occasionally partnering with them to bring inclusive events to life.
